Sonography in gynecology - the results of ultrasonic examinations of female maladies. Examinations of uterus, female gonads and urinary bladder are represented on echograms. We want to draw your attention to the fact that the usage of color and power dopplers assist in the process of differentiating cystic lesions and neoformations because the interior cystic fluid is deprived of vases and consequently it can never have color locuses. In this section one can find examples of sonograms: ectopic pregnancy, distention of fallopian tubes, endometrial polyp, subchorionic bleeding, muscular tumor, cystic lesion, bicornuate uterus and others.
